Qualifications

• FA Level 2 qualification (minimum) and working towards UEFA B.
• Experience coaching young players in an academy, club or FE environment.
• Confidence using IT systems (training provided for ProMonitor/VLE).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality coaching sessions twice a week.
• Manage squad selection, match preparation and fixtures within the AoC South West League.
• Oversee player behaviour, welfare and performance using ProMonitor.
