Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in one of our pubs. You’ll raise the bar on food and hygiene standards, play a key role in the pub management team and create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.

As Head Chef you’ll develop and retain a motivated team, drive speed and quality of service, and shape menus. We offer a bonus, staff discounts across our pubs, flexible hours and career development through our Chef Development Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or readiness to step up from a Sous/Second Chef position.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
