If you're a Head Chef or an aspiring Sous Chef ready to level up your career and bring your gastro pub expertise to life, we want to hear from you.

You Are :
  • A passionate, dynamic, and qualified Head Chef hungry for a new challenge
  • Experienced with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
  • Knowledgeable about Health & Safety and running a professional kitchen
  • Proven at managing a kitchen, controlling stock, GP, and driving profitability
  • Comfortable in high-volume environments and fast-paced service
  • Technical, detail-oriented, and able to spot and solve problems quickly
  • A confident communicator who can lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Experienced with opening new sites (beneficial)
