A luxury hotel group in England is seeking a Head Chef to manage their busy kitchen and lead a team of 10 chefs. The role requires adapting to multiple cooking styles for fine dining and relaxed dining, while also overseeing events. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting and ideally hold 2 Rosette experience. This permanent position offers company discounts and opportunities for progression.
A Head Chef position is available at an award winning four star luxury hotel, which is part of a successful group. The hotel is a busy dining venue with a 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and exclusive afternoon teas. This Head Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst maintaining the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of 10 chefs in the kitchen.
