At our Care Home, we're currently recruiting for a Head Chef to lead our Hospitality team. This is your chance to deliver restaurant and hotel-standard cuisine—but without the long hours and split shifts typical of the industry.
As Head Chef, you'll have full autonomy over your kitchen and menus. You'll be encouraged to create nutritious, flavoursome, and well‑balanced meals, tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents. By engaging with residents directly, you'll ensure their voices are heard and their tastes reflected in our seasonal and diverse menus.
We're seeking a warm, motivated, and passionate culinary professional who takes pride in high standards and quality service. You'll be a key figure in delivering a person‑centred dining experience, where every meal is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
4 x 10 hour days, Alternate Weekends off. Care home experience is not essential; candidates with previous experience as a Head Chef or long‑term Sous Chef would be highly suitable.
