Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-outlet kitchen with bold culinary skills.
• Certificate III in Cookery and relevant role experience.
• Valid Food Safety Certificate.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines for menu development.
• Strong HACCP and OH&S knowledge for a safe kitchen.
• Experience in brigade-style teamwork and coaching.
• Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team.
• Coaching and motivating junior kitchen staff.
