head chef required for a venue in central London, this is a very upmarket,lively venue that hosts groups and events as well as restaurant bookings, it is a venue where people go for drinks and food, very lively environment. They do host christmas parties, corporate events, hen nights out and other events. They also do weekend brunch and drink promotions as well as the evening. The food is very upmarket, great use of ingredients. head chef 50-60k, central London.

the role

as a head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure your kitchen is ready for service, that food prep is done, work with the events coordinator to ensure the requirements from any corporate events or corporate booths that are booked meet the requirements they have booked. this role will include all the standard head chef duties.
