Hungry Horse is seeking a Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy services. You’ll motivate and support your team to work together and ensure every dish meets the highest standards.

You’ll lead by example, communicate clearly with your team, maintain hygiene and safety, and develop staff to consistently deliver tasty, well-presented meals on time.

Formación

• Experience managing a busy kitchen with a high-performing team.

Job Description

As a Head Chef, you’ll make sure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during a busy service. You’ll know how to get the best out of your team by encouraging and supporting them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

Qualifications

£34,000 - £38,000 + Bonus

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
