Job summary

Harvester is seeking a Head Chef at the Buccaneer to lead a kitchen team, delivering high standards and inspiring excellence every service.

You’ll manage all kitchen operations, oversee food ordering, stock control and menu execution while ensuring health and hygiene compliance, guest satisfaction and brand consistency. Onsite accommodation may be available for the right candidate.

As Head Chef at the Buccaneer - Harvester you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
