Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ownership of large events.
• Organised and proactive with flexibility for travel.

Responsibilities

• Take full culinary ownership of allocated events, planning menus, production and service.
• Lead chefs through preparation, production and live service.
• Create exceptional food quality at scale for diverse venues and formats.
• Plan menus, equipment, staffing and event logistics, coordinating with culinary and events teams.
