Willows Care Home, part of CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED, is seeking a Head Chef to own the kitchen, lead from the front and deliver nutritious meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs. You will shape the dining experience with high standards, presentation and safety at the core.

You will manage stock, ordering and budgets, develop a high-performing team, and ensure a stable, doctoring-friendly operation with no late evenings or split shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and presentation.
• Ability to tailor meals to residents' dietary needs.
• Proactive, reliable and quality focused approach.
• Experience in planning menus and cost control.
• Keen to develop staff and drive high standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead kitchen operations, from menu planning to stock control.
• Ensure meals meet nutrition, dietary and safety standards.
