Ember Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Head Chef for the Easington. You will lead the kitchen, inspire your team, and maintain the highest standards of food quality while driving guest satisfaction.

You will manage kitchen operations, work with a branded menu, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and shape a culture of inclusion and teamwork that delivers great guest experiences across the pub brand.
