We're looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the prestigious Compass Centre at Heathrow Airport. This is a high-profile role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, perfect for a talented chef who thrives on delivering fresh, seasonal dishes with style and consistency.

About the role
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene regulations, including allergen and fire safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate food safety and H&S documentation
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safe equipment use, and timely reporting of hazards or faults
  • Deliver high-quality meals on time, consistently meeting presentation and portion standards
  • Manage stock, place orders through approved suppliers, and monitor deliveries
  • Control waste, forecast production accurately, and meet gross profit targets
  • Lead and manage the team in line with company procedures and performance expectations
  • Maintain food variety and availability, even during peak periods
  • Ensure accurate labelling, storage, and compliance with food information regulations
