An 18th-century hotel in the heart of Hertford, this flagship site is part of a collection of around 90 managed pubs, some with rooms. Recently refurbished, it features 35 bedrooms and a relaxed dining area serving up to 100 covers at full capacity.
We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and continue the strong reputation for quality, seasonal food.
Breakfast is handled by a dedicated Breakfast Chef, giving you time to focus on menu development and leading service.
