Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the UK pub network is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will raise the bar, set high standards across the kitchen and play a key role in the pub management team, delivering memorable guest experiences.

You'll develop and retain a motivated kitchen crew, ensure food safety and quality, and work with the broader pub team to hit speed of service targets. We welcome applicants ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef or with proven Head Chef experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.

• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
