COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a confident, hands-on Head Chef for an established gastro pub in East London. You will lead the kitchen, cook with seasonal British produce, and ensure food is made in-house to a high standard.

The role offers full kitchen leadership, opportunity to shape the menu, and a busy, seven-day operation with strong Sunday lunch trade.

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef experience or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Strong fresh food background.
• Genuine interest in seasonal British cooking.
• Good kitchen leadership experience.
• Experience managing and developing a kitchen team.
• Ability to lead a busy service.
• Good understanding of kitchen costs and GP.
• Hands-on approach and positive attitude.
