As a head chef you will work under the group Exec chef to run the day to day of this kitchen. You will train the chefs in the kitchen, ensure the wellbeing of the other chefs is looked after, and foster a safe and supportive environment. You will ensure prep is done and prep lists are written, train new starters, ensure each area is ready, and ensure a smooth service. It is all day dining with an all-day menu. This role will include all the normal head chef duties.
