Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions according to the Executive Chef's directives.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workstation at all times.
  • Be knowledgeable about menu items and recipes.
  • Brief all sections during menu changes.
  • Run all services as required.
  • Train teams and organize daily tasks for each section.
  • Anticipate orders based on bookings and occupancy.
  • Keep food costs aligned with the budget set by the Director of Finance.
  • Assist the Executive Chef with tastings and menu changes.
  • Communicate with floor staff about food stocks and allergens.
