BaxterStorey is seeking a capable hospitality leader to join our team in the Bristol area. Lead, inspire and support a team of chefs to deliver consistently exceptional standards and memorable dining experiences.

You will build collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders, mentor staff, manage budgets, and foster a culture of care, innovation and food safety in line with our core values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Sous Chef, Head Chef or similar role.
• Experience managing, training, and supporting a team.
• Financially astute with budgeting and driving commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Clear communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to exceptional food standards, safety and governance.
