Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready for next step.

What you'll be doing

As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen operation, ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standards. You'll lead by example, motivating your team while maintaining a safe, efficient, and commercially successful kitchen.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing your kitchen team.
• Preparing and serving fresh, seasonal, high-quality food.
• Planning menus and ensuring consistency across every service.
