A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Head Chef for a café lounge bar in London focusing on brunch and late plates. This 48-hour position involves hands-on cooking and managing shifts, including training new staff and reporting to the executive chef. Ideal candidates are recent graduates from a fresh food background or sous-chefs aspiring to step up.
Location: London – a café lounge bar style establishment with a brunch focus and late plates. Opening from 9am daily.
Shift: 48 hours a week – 2 double shifts, 3 single, 2 days off. Small kitchen, hands‑on cooking required.
