Head Chef

Location: London – a café lounge bar style establishment with a brunch focus and late plates. Opening from 9am daily.

Shift: 48 hours a week – 2 double shifts, 3 single, 2 days off. Small kitchen, hands‑on cooking required.

The role
  • Head chef ensuring kitchen ready for service.
  • Plan rota, report to group executive chef.
  • Train new staff and oversee all normal Head Chef duties.
Experience & Qualifications

Looking for a recent graduate from a fresh food background; either a sous‑chef aspiring to step up or an existing head chef.

Contract

48hrs a week, £45k + service. Restaurant: Brunch & small plates.
