The Crown Inn - Harvester is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen delivering high standards and consistency. You’ll inspire your team, manage all kitchen operations and ensure every dish reflects the brand’s commitment to tasty, feel-good dining.

Join a family-friendly brand known for rotisserie chicken, grills and salad bar. You’ll drive health and hygiene, stock control, and menu execution while building a kitchen culture that guests return to.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen and inspiring a team to deliver high‑quality food.
• Able to manage food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and brand standards.
