Responsibilities

Byddwch yn arwain tîm o 9 aelod o staff yn y gegin, gan sicrhau bod Hylendid Bwyd ac Iechyd a Diogelwch Cyffredinol yn cael blaenoriaeth ynghyd â datblygu sgiliau a morâl staff. Fel chwaraewr allweddol yn y timau Theatrau a Digwyddiadau, byddwch yn rhwydweithiwr ardderchog, yn chwaraewr tîm ac yn feddyliwr arloesol a chadarnhaol. Gan weithio ar sail shifftiau, byddwch yn sicrhau fod gennych chi a’ch tîm gydbwysedd da rhwng bywyd a gwaith. Yr oriau yw 37 awr yr wythnos, ar sail oriau blynyddol, cyfartalog. Byddwch hefyd yn elwa o dâl uwch ar benwythnosau, gwyliau banc ac ar ôl 9pm ar ddyddiau’r wythnos. Hefyd, rydym ar gau ar Ddydd Nadolig a Dydd Calan gydag ychydig iawn o weithio ar ddydd Sul.

You will be leading a kitchen brigade of 9 staff, making sure that Food Hygiene and General Health & Safety are prioritised alongside skills development and staff morale. As a key player in our Theatres and Events teams, you will be an excellent networker, team player and a positive, innovative thinker. Working on a shift basis, you will make sure that you and your team have a good work‑life balance. The hours are 37 hours a week, on an averaged, annualised hours basis. You will also benefit from enhanced pay at the weekends, on bank holidays and after 9pm weekdays. In addition, we are not open on Christmas day or New Years Day with limited Sunday working.
