  • Develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
  • Be creative when menu planning and include the client and customers

Working Pattern: 5 on 7, 40 hours per week, shifts between 7 am–3.30 pm, 12 pm–8 pm – predominantly Monday‑Friday but one weekend per month is required.

Ensure that the kitchen team has completed up‑to‑date COSHH and Food Hygiene training.
