Job summary

Hungry Horse - BRA_104 is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at The White Barn, Cuddington. You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure peak performance during busy services, and drive consistency in flavour and presentation for every guest.

You will develop and mentor your team, manage rotas, stock and costs, and uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced pub setting.

The White Barn is a busy, family-friendly Hungry Horse pub in the heart of Cuddington, just moments from Cuddington Station and a short drive from Delamere Forest. We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who loves leading from the front, developing great teams, and delivering consistently brilliant food in a fast-paced kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the kitchen, ensuring every service runs smoothly while inspiring your team to deliver their very best.

You'll:
