Growing restaurant is looking for a Head Chef to join its busy city centre restaurant.

  • Location : Oxford
  • Salary : 35k plus tronc
  • Hours : 45 a week

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency, adhering to standards and developing a highly engaged and motivated kitchen team.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operation including food safety, health and safety, COSSH and HACCP procedures.
  • Ensuring customers receive exceptional quality food in line with brand standards and that this is delivered in a timely manner
  • Managing kitchen team, including hiring and training staff, organizing rotas, and ensuring that all staff members adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring kitchen targets on labour, wastage, and stocks.
