Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across our pubs. This permanent salaried role offers security and real career development opportunities, with a focus on consistent food hygiene and guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage a motivated kitchen team, drive high standards, and play a key part in pub operations across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
