Wagamama is seeking a Head Chef in Richmond to lead the kitchen, manage the team, and deliver exceptional bowls with Kaizen-driven improvements. You’ll coach staff, uphold quality, and drive fast, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee operations, maintain food safety, and create a positive, collaborative kitchen culture while aligning with Wagamama’s values and standards.
