Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a dynamic Head Chef to join our team, so if you have previousexperience at a senior chef level and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge in the kitchen, this may be just the job for you.

Overlooking the village square in Lenham, Kent, the Dog and Bear Hotel combines the friendly atmosphere of a local pub with all the comforts of a contemporary hotel and restaurant. It embraces that unique heritage, retaining historic character features such as oak beams, and traditional décor and houses 24 en-suite bedrooms.

We know that an excellent Head Chef is one of the most key ingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working alongside the General Manager to deliver key objectives, customer satisfaction and growth at your site. Supporting the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, you will lead and develop your team to deliver an efficient, high quality kitchen service to our customers.
