Role – Head Chef
Salary – £45,000
Tips – £150+ per month
Location – Keswick
Hours – 48 per week
Venue – Busy Gastro Pub

Live-in accommodation is available for £90 per week

We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Head Chef to join a fast-paced, high-volume gastro pub team. This role is ideal for a Sous Chef ready to step into a Head Chef position.

You will join a brigade of 7 chefs, serving up to 300 guests on Sundays. The menu features fresh, classic dishes and daily specials created by you. All food is prepared in-house, so excellent mise en place skills are essential! You will work closely with the Group Executive Chef, who oversees multiple UK sites, on menu development.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances to support your work. While there is a central menu, you have creative freedom with the specials, allowing your culinary ideas to flourish.
