Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy services. You will lead and support your team to deliver meals of the highest standard, maintaining strict hygiene and safety compliance.

You will manage a busy kitchen, train and develop staff, and work under pressure to consistently meet targets while delivering great guest experiences across our community pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen and leading a high-performing team.
• Strong communication to coordinate the kitchen and service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
