Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Head Chef for a permanent, full-time role in the Cotswolds. You will lead a team in a busy, high-volume kitchen, delivering exceptional food and managing costs, stock and standards.

We offer a 40-hour working week with all overtime paid and a fantastic benefits package. You will have the opportunity to lead, develop and inspire a kitchen team in a stunning rural setting.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
