We are recruiting an experienced Head Chef to oversee catering operations within a busy hospital environment based in Harlow. You will lead a team responsible for producing high‑quality, nutritious meals for patients and staff while ensuring compliance with all food hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day kitchen operations and lead a team of catering staff

  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety regulations
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management

Requirements

  • Food Hygiene Level 3 (minimum)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
