Head Chef at Loveday Kensington (luxury senior living) manages all kitchen operations, creating menus for residents, controlling costs, overseeing food prep, ensuring top‑tier service (like fine dining), leading the kitchen team, maintaining hygiene / safety, and liaising with staff / members for dietary needs, focusing on dignity, quality, and personalised, healthy meals within a unique luxury setting.
