The Role

As our Head Chef, you will be the creative force behind the kitchen. You’ll have full autonomy to:

  • Design and develop all menus
  • Create daily changing specials that reflect seasonality, creativity, and your personal style
  • Lead, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Manage stock, GP, ordering, and kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
