You will learn new skills, collaborate with colleagues, and actively participate in the food development journey, using quality ingredients sourced from approved suppliers, with local sourcing where possible.

About the Role

The role contributes to food development and menu innovation within a premium health and wellness group. The post holder will learn new skills, work with colleagues, and be an integral part of the food development journey. They will use quality ingredients from approved suppliers, locally sourced where possible, and will have the opportunity to share ideas for menu additions through Chef Forums. They will produce great quality food and support a positive member experience.
