Head Chef - Hospitality & Staff Dining

Location: near London Bridge

Pay: £45000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (approx. 7:00am-3:00pm, flexibility required)

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef to lead the hospitality and staff dining operation within a prestigious corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee all hospitality and staff dining services, from daily covers (100‑120) to larger events (up to 400)
  • Manage catering across multiple meeting rooms, including an executive floor with fine dining facilities
  • Lead a small, hands‑on team consisting of a Kitchen Porter and a Kitchen Assistant
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety policies
  • Support occasional evening or seasonal events – all overtime paid at the standard rate
