Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Dunfermline is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen at a prestigious location. The role focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients, creative menu development, and leadership of the kitchen team.

You will oversee breakfast, lunch and hospitality service, cooking from scratch, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring food hygiene and wastage controls are in place. This is a full-time, permanent position in Dunfermline.

Salary: £40,000

Hours: 40h per week

A Scottish professional football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife. Here we cater for a number of different events through the year ranging from corporate and private meeting & events to the absolutely enthralling match days over the course of the year. With a variety of Food & Beverage outlets to choose from, it is an outstanding venue that offers attendees a fun day out. Free parking and tickets for games.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Dunfermline.

If you are a current Head chef or Sous Chef working with fresh ingredients and in a fast paced environment then.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.

Knowledge / Competencies

• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
