We are partnering with a fast-growing, independent brand to find a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at their new, largest flagship location in St James, London. This is a bold opportunity where food will take centre stage, defining London's next great all-day dining destination.

Compensation and Rewards

• Salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
• Excellent work‑life balance – latest finish is 7 PM
• Full autonomy to design an iconic flagship menu (Brunch / All‑Day Dining)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen at the flagship St James' store, where the menu defines the guest experience
• Create and develop a modern, inspired, and memorable brunch and all‑day dining menu
• Build, train, and lead a talented and collaborative kitchen team
• Take full ownership of menu development, supplier relationships, and all kitchen operations
• Collaborate closely with the founders and brand team to align the food offering with the brand's ethos
