UPB Head Office in London is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen across multiple brands including Salt Yard and Bat & Ball. You’ll build teams, develop menus, and ensure high standards across service.

We are a 100% fresh food business focusing on quality pub classics, seasonal dishes and Sunday roasts; success recognised with Best Food Offering in a 50+ site field and Publican Awards 2026. You’ll own a busy kitchen and drive guest experiences.
