Hours: Monday to Friday 07h30 to 17h30
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for a premium fast‑casual health food brand in Central London. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a growing QSR concept focused on fresh‑prep, oven‑led menus and scalable kitchen systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead kitchen operations and manage a Central Production Unit (CPU)
  • Oversee batch prep, cook‑chill, vacuum‑pack workflows
  • Write SOPs, allergen controls, and HACCP documentation
  • Manage Rational iCombi Pro programming and team training
  • Set stock levels, ordering systems, and minimise waste
  • Support menu development, including breakfast items
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens
  • Skilled in cook‑chill, vacuum‑packing, and Rational ovens
  • Strong systems thinker with SOPs, KPIs, and training experience
  • Able to scale operations across multiple sites
