Head Chef – Small Bistro-Style Restaurant. Employment Type: Full-Time. Hours: 45 hours. Must be available weekends. Salary: £40-45k depending on experience.

We’re a small, vibrant bistro-style restaurant known for our quality food, exceptional Sunday roasts, and warm, community-focused atmosphere. We’re looking for a hands‑on, experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help drive the business forward.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef
  • Strong leadership skills – able to motivate and guide a small, close‑knit team
  • Reliability & consistency – fully available throughout the season, especially on weekends
  • Excellent ordering & stock management skills to keep control of margins and waste
  • Willingness to work side‑by‑side with the General Manager to improve KPIs, reduce costs, and maintain high‑quality output
  • A passion for delivering great food, including our signature Sunday roasts
