Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Head Chef for Toby Carvery in Hoole Village. You will lead the kitchen, inspire your team and ensure all food meets the highest standards while driving guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage ordering, stock control, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while promoting the branded menu and a strong team culture across the kitchen.

As Head Chef at Toby Carvery - Hoole Village you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of.
