Job summary

Toby Carvery – Carmarthen, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen focused on consistency, quality and guest satisfaction.

You will inspire your team, manage food ordering, stock and health & safety, and work with a branded menu to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leader.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through team performance.

As Head Chef at Toby Carvery - Carmarthen you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
