We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and compassionate Chef Manager to join our Medirest team based in beautiful Brighton.

The role will see you manage client relationships whilst ensuring our contractual obligations are met with absolute efficiency.

The successful candidate will be service-centric and truly believe that going the extra mile isn't the exception; it's the expectation. As the Chef Manager you will oversee and support a team of site-based employees using your hands‑on management style to motivate your team with passion and enthusiasm, uniting your team to achieve the goal and exceed client and residents expectations.
