Job summary

Toby Carvery Enfield is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspire your team and deliver consistently high-quality dishes that make guests want to return.

You will manage all kitchen operations including food ordering, stock control and menu execution, ensure health and hygiene standards, and drive sales while delivering the warm, welcoming service that defines our roast-house heritage. The role offers an onsite accommodation option.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals.
• Proven ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Experience working with branded menus and health regulations.
