A popular hospitality brand in Bangor is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a dedicated team ensuring high standards of fresh food preparation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen cleanliness, preparing dishes to specification and ensuring all prep work is completed. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef, with skills in managing KPIs and training staff.
