Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and set high standards across the pub. You’ll be a key part of the pub management team, driving memorable guest experiences and ensuring top quality food and service.

You’ll manage and grow a motivated kitchen team, with opportunities to progress through internal pathways and training, while working within a people-first, award-winning local pub company.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Passion for food and leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to develop and retain a motivated kitchen team.

We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team!

Lead a team to success in our kitchen.

You’ll be responsible for raising the bar and setting the standards across your kitchen. Playing a key part in the pub management team, you’ll strive to create memorable experiences that leave our guests wanting to come back for more.

As a Head Chef:

You’ll have experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Sous/ Second Chef position.
