Qualifications

• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer or similar retail tech
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when necessary
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special orders, features, warranties
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds
• Inspects returned merchandise for damages
• Looks up product information and price matches
• Ensures store cleanliness and safety practices across areas
