Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in London is seeking a confident Head Bartender & Trainer to lead a busy cocktail bar team and mentor staff ahead of a new venue opening in SW London. The role blends hands-on bartending with developing others to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will train the bar team, uphold service standards, and help recruit and prepare the squad for day one of operations, ensuring consistency and a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.

Head Bartender & Trainer – Cocktail Bar

South London | Up to £33,000 per annum | 40 hours per week

Are you passionate about cocktails, exceptional service and developing people? We’re looking for a confident, proactive and hands-on Head Bartender & Trainer to join an exciting cocktail bar operation in South London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bartender who loves being behind the bar but is equally passionate about sharing their knowledge, training others and helping a team reach its full potential. With the company preparing to open a brand-new venue in Southwest London, you’ll play a key role in the pre-opening process, helping recruit, train and develop the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience from day one.

The Role:
